RETURNS POLICY

ΕΝΑ ΣΗΜΕΙΩΜΑ ΓΙΑ ΤΗΝ ΠΟΛΙΤΙΚΗ ΜΑΣ

Είμαστε μία μικρή επιχείρηση, όπου κατασκευάζουμε τα περισσότερα προϊόντα μας κατά παραγγελία. Συνήθως δεν κατασκευάζουμε κάποιο προϊόν μέχρι να το παραγγείλει κάποιος, έτσι ώστε να μη δημιουργούμε περιττό απόθεμα. Έτσι, όταν υποβάλλεται την παραγγελία σας, την ετοιμάζουμε ειδικά για εσάς.

Παρακαλούμε μελετήστε προσεκτικά την αγορά σας. Καταβάλλουμε μεγάλη προσπάθεια για να σας παρέχουμε λεπτομέρειες και φωτογραφίες των κοσμημάτων μας, έτσι ώστε να είστε πλήρως ενημερωμένοι προτού υποβάλλεται την παραγγελία σας.

Όπως αναφέρουμε σε όλες τις περιγραφές των κοσμημάτων μας, οι ημιπολύτιμοι λίθοι είναι πολύ σπάνια πανομοιότυποι, όπως όλα στη φύση. Σε περίπτωση που αυτό σας αγχώνει σχετικά με τη δική σας παραγγελία, παρακαλούμε πολύ επικοινωνήστε μαζί μας στο iro.handmade@gmail.com, προτού την υποβάλετε και θα χαρούμε πολύ να σας στείλουμε φωτογραφίες των ημιπολύτιμων  λίθων για να διαλέξετε τον δικό σας!

Όλα μας τα προϊόντα περνούν ποιοτικό έλεγχο προτού τα στείλουμε. Στην περίπτωση που λάβατε κάποιο προϊόν το οποίο δεν είναι σε άριστη κατάσταση παρακαλούμε επικοινωνήστε μαζί μας άμεσα. Λάβετε υπόψιν ότι η φυσιολογική φθορά που προέρχεται από τη χρήση, δεν θεωρείται ελάττωμα. Τα χειροποίητα κοσμήματα iro. είναι από τη φύση τους λεπτεπίλεπτα και θα πρέπει να τα χειριζόμαστε με προσοχή.

ΠΟΛΙΤΙΚΗ ΑΛΛΑΓΩΝ & ΕΠΙΣΤΡΟΦΩΝ

Αν αλλάξατε γνώμη και θέλετε να ακυρώσετε την παραγγελία σας πριν την αποστολή της παρακαλούμε επικοινωνήστε μαζί μας άμεσα στο iro.handmade@gmail.com. Το ποσό που τυχόν  έχετε καταβάλει θα σας επιστραφεί εντός 5-10 εργάσιμων ημερών.

Έχετε το δικαίωμα να επιστρέψετε, καινούργια και αχρησιμοποίητα προϊόντα εντός 14 ημερών από την παραλαβή τους. Τα προϊόντα πρέπει να επιστρέφονται στην αρχική τους συσκευασία. Δεν επιτρέπεται να χρησιμοποιηθούν παρά μόνο για δοκιμή. Σε περίπτωση που υπάρχουν ενδείξεις ότι το προϊόν έχει χρησιμοποιηθεί σε τέτοιο βαθμό, ώστε να έχει μειωθεί η αξία του προϊόντος, χάνετε το δικαίωμα της επιστροφής. Παρακαλούμε λάβετε υπόψιν ότι η ευθύνη για την επιστροφή του προϊόντος , συμπεριλαμβανομένων των εξόδων αποστολής, είναι δική σας. Παραγγελίες που μπορεί να χαθούν κατά την επιστροφή τους προς την εταιρεία μας, δεν μπορούν να αποζημιωθούν. Σας υπενθυμίζουμε ότι για λόγους ασφαλείας και υγιεινής, τα σκουλαρίκια δεν επιστρέφονται.

Παρακαλούμε ακολουθήστε τα παρακάτω βήματα για να κάνετε την επιστροφή της παραγγελία σας:

1. Επικοινωνήστε μαζί μας στο iro.handmade@gmail.com για να μας ενημερώσετε.

2. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι τοποθετήσατε το κόσμημα προσεκτικά στην αρχική του συσκευασία με την απόδειξη αγοράς.

3.Τοποθετήστε το στο κουτί αποστολής στο οποίο το λάβατε, ή σε οποιοδήποτε στέρεο κουτί.

4. Σφραγίστε το δέμα ασφαλώς.

5. Παραδώστε το δέμα στην υπηρεσία ταχυμεταφορών της επιλογής σας και βεβαιωθείτε ότι κρατήσατε της απόδειξη αποστολής.Τα έξοδα αποστολής βαρύνουν εσάς, εκτός αν πρόκειται για επιστροφή λόγω δικού μας λάθους.

A NOTE ABOUT OUR POLICY

We are a small business that makes most of our products to order. We typically don’t make a product until someone orders it, in order to avoid dead stock. So when you place an order, we’re making it specifically for you.

Please consider your purchase carefully. We put a lot of effort into providing product details and images of our jewelry, so that you can make an informed decision before placing your order.

As stated in all of our product descriptions, gemstones are rarely exactly identical, as everything in nature. If you are anxious about yours, please contact us at iro.handmade@gmail.com, before placing your order and we will be more than happy to send you photos of our gemstones so you can choose yours!

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. Iro. handmade jewelry is delicate in nature and should be handled with care.

RETURNS POLICY

If you changed your mind and you would like to cancel your order before its shippment , please contact us at iro.handmade@com as soon as possible. Any payment that has been possibly made on your part, will be refunded within 5-10 working days.

You have the right to return new, unworn and unused goods within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned in their original packaging. They cannot be used other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is any evidence that suggests that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, you lose the right to request a return. Please remember that you are responsible for the shipping back to us, including all the shipping expenses. Jewelry lost in transit will not be compensated for. Please be advised that earrings cannot be returned, for hygiene and safety reasons, unless faulty.

Please follow these steps when making a return:

1. Contact us at iro.handmade@gmail.com to inform us.

2. Make sure the jewelry is packed properly and neatly in its original, undamaged packaging.

3.  Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.

4. Please tape the package securely. For customers outside EU, make sure to write the return value is 0 (due to custom duties). Without this any taxes incurred will be your responsibility to pay to your shipper.

5. Drop off at the courier service of your choice. Please take your parcel to any courier in your country and, once you hand it over remember to ask for a receipt. The return costs are covered by the customer. We will only cover shipping costs incurred in return product(s), if the return is a result out of error.

Our return policy does not affect your statutory rights.
To prevent fraud, we will only refund to the credit card that was used to place the order. "iro." is unable to refund custom duties for orders sent to destinations outside of the EU.

Depending on the country to which your order was sent, you may be able to contact your local customs bureau directly for a refund of these costs. Please take note that for orders sent to destinations outside of the EU where deliveries have been refused by the customer, or the customer was not available to receive the delivery, we will not be able to refund custom duties.

Refunds

Card refunds will be completed within 5 - 10 business days of receipt of the returned item. 

Exchanges

At the moment we cannot administrate exchanges of items that are purchased from our online shop. If you want to purchase a different item please return the purchased item and place a new order in the online shop.
